COVID-19 update

March 15, 2020 The continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Canada and around the world has understandably raised concerns. The well-being of our valued customers and employees is of the deepest concern to us. We want you to know that your safety will remain our top priority as this situation continues to evolve. We are taking important steps to help you stay protected. We continue to monitor the situation closely and are following the latest guidance from local, provincial and federal health authorities, including the Public Health Agency of Canada, to ensure that our practices are aligned with the latest recommendations.

1. We will be screening all our clients for any travel history and illness. If you are sick and/or have travelled outside of the country within the last 14 days we ask that you stay home and we are happy to schedule an appointment at a later date. 2. A screening questionnaire will be emailed and must be completed 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

2. If you have been in close contact with anyone that is a confirmed or probable case of Covid- please stay home and we will be happy to schedule an appointment at a later date.

3. The waiting room will be disinfected multiple times a day.

4. To ensure social distancing several chairs will be removed from the waiting room.

5. Any surfaces inside the car as well as keys will be wiped down.

6. We will also have reduced hours and will only be open Monday to Friday until further notice. We are committed to keeping our lines of communication open to inform you of the latest developments.

7. For essential workers, we will make accomodations for you, if able, outside of our regular working hours. Please let us know if you are a front line worker. We appreciate all that you are doing and would like to support in our own way.
